Every coach benefits from a supervisor. Someone who can be a coach, a mentor, a source of resources and keep you accountable. Someone who will challenge you to find a way of getting that problem client unstuck; or find you a different perspective on the situation.

Whether you are just starting out and need a Mentor Coach for an ICF accreditation; are an experienced coach who wants a new perspective; or a coach who needs a coach themselves to keep them accountable and achieve your own coaching goals, I offer you a calm, challenging and safe supervision space to explore, be vulnerable and reflect.

As your supervisor, I will hold the space for you to safely explore your coaching, to celebrate your successes and reframe the times coaching sessions didn’t go to plan. There will be laughter, there will be silence and there will be learning (for both of us!).

Coach Supervision

“Coach supervision is the act of supporting a coach to widen and deepen their awareness of who and how they are as coach in service of their growth and development to the benefit of the clients they serve.”

BPS Coaching Psychology Supervisor

As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS), if you are considering applying to the BPS for Graduate Basis Membership or accreditation as a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I would be happy to talk to you about the coach supervision that will help you on this journey.

This will not be a simple tick box exercise – I can promise you that you will grow and learn on the journey that we take together.

If you would like to talk to me about your supervision requirements, please contact me here for an informal chat:

ICF Mentor Coaching

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Mentor Coaching as providing professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency demanded by a coach’s desired coaching level.

If you are thinking of applying for the ICF ACC or PCC credentials, as your Mentor Coach, I will encourage you to develop your own coaching style, to stretch your ambitions, and to help you close the gap between the skills you currently hold and those required for your coach accreditation application.

Group Supervision

If you are interested in joining a group for supervision, contact me and I will let you know when there is space in a group. Groups are kept between two and four supervisees. This is also available for groups of internal coaches, who wish to book together.
